Shipping Destinations

We only ship to the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii. We do not sell or ship to international countries.

Envelopes & Small Packages

Most items are shipped through the USPS (United States Postal Service). The US Postal Service is our go-to choice for small packages because of their fast delivery times, tracking numbers provided, reduced damage claims. We are not alone, even large shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, and Amazon have partnered to deliver through USPS. You can be assured that your package will arrive on time and secure in most cases.

Large & Heavy Packages

Larger, heavier packages are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx (Federal Express) Ground Shipping unless a customer needs their package sooner. We do offer expedited (Rush) shipping, there is an additional fee for this service. All expedited packages will be shipped via Fed Ex Next Day Air.

* Please note that UPS and Fed EX will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, only valid street addresses. No APO/FPO addresses accepted.

Tracking Numbers

We will notify you via the email when your order has shipped and we always provide you with tracking numbers for your convenience.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to international countries, other than the United States.

We do not ship C.O.D. or bill to third parties.

Sometimes shipping carriers may have exclusions that may affect your shipment, in these rare cases we may call or email you to make other shipping arrangements.

Local Pickup

Local customers that live within a 30 mile radius of Mullens, WV can choose to pick their order to save on time and shipping cost. That option will be offered in the checkout section only if your zip code is within a 30 mile radius as explained earlier. Please note that if you would rather have your order shipped, do not select local pickup, just select the shipping method/carrier you prefer.

If you live nearby but outside of the 30 mile radius you can still arrange for local pickup by calling us in advance before placing your order. Call 1+304-887-3779, this will ensure that we have your order ready and there is someone available to process your order/pickup upon your arrival.

Damaged & Missing Items

All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 5 business days with the shipping carrier that delivered your package. See our damaged products page for information on filing a claim.
